Hi all! I started IF on Friday at 195lbs now today Monday I’m 192lbs. I’m unsure if this is a good thing or cause for concern because I have never changed my diet/eating habit like this before nor do I think you could lose weight so fast? Is this normal? I’m 5’ 6” 21F. Thanks!

Yes its perfectly normal its just water weight coming off as another poster has pointed out.If weight keeps coming off this fast after like 1-2 weeks and you are feeling weak or having dizzy spells or fainting or anything go to the doctor.
