I want to do a 3 day or 4 day dry fast. I always hear people saying they did like a 7 day dry fast, but I’m hesitant to do it because I’ve always heard that you can only survive 2-4 days with no water. What i want to do is a 3 day snake juice fast, refeed, and then a 3 day dry fast. If anyone has any tips or just anything about dry fasting I would appreciate it.
Survive? If you have over 4% body fat then dryfasting is not safe. But since no one has lower than 4% body fat you can dryfast as long as you can. I apologize to any Olympic distance runners who are lower than 4%
