Dry fast after water fast? HELP!!

HELP PLEASE!!

Hi I’m currently in a 7 of 10 day water fast. I know they say start with a dry fast then go to water, but would it be OK to go to a dry fast for a few days after my water fast?

I’d say take it a day at a time, don’t set a goal, just see how you feel day by day. Many people actually start with water fasting before they transition into dry as to not “shock” their body or to make it easier. They’d go, juicing, water, then dry.

I actually did something like this quite recently, i had to dry fast on 2 days for religious reasons during my water fasting.I believe i was on day 5 of water fasting and then stopped consuming water for a day. It was going pretty fine, untill i had to break my dry fast and go back into my water fast. This is when things seemed to take a turn for the worse, i was experiencing nausea, slight dizziness, some weakness.

I thought it might be a one off, and so i tried it again the second day, this time it seems like it was even worse, so much so that i considered breaking my water fast as well. But i feel better 2 days after going back to a water only fast.

Now im not sure if it was the transitions that made feel bad or the fact that i went into a dry fast after a water fast.
