Dry fasting all day is easy, then gradually getting myself to eat healthy when I break the fast. The goal is to break my unhealthy eating patterns and replace with life long healthy, clean eating. Most of you on here are so encouraging. I appreciate you.
I’m doing dry fast omad but also trying to incorporate the carnivore diet as well. I do start drinking water around 20 hour mark though because you can’t get enough in during the 1 hour window and it’s not wise drinking too much water whilst eating, I try not to drink any at least half an hour before or after my meal so I get max absorption of nutrients.
