Is there a big difference in weight loss in a dry fast compared to a water fast?
I don´t know if there are any actual studies in how much of the weight loss is fat, but people claim that the weight loss is about 2x in the same amount of time. Because of the body using fat cells to extract water and stay somewhat hydrated.
The scale (a normal one anyway) won´t be very reliable during the fast since one will lose a lot of water weight too that comes back again right after.
