With these very few details it’s hard to even make a guess. But one thing can be certain…if it’s been 23 days since you’ve eaten anything, it’s definitely not food. That dietary food was long gone and even all the dietary glucose was used up within about 3 days. That leaves gas, or fluid. So my guess is you’re retaining fluid and you may have an electrolyte imbalance (could be not enough potassium, for example).

Maybe you even got used to being smaller from the dry fast, you feel bloated after getting regulated. When I fasted for 11 days I lost 24 lbs but gained back 12 lbs after some refeeding. I felt the difference. Same thing when I do dry fasts, it feels so nice feeling extra skinny, and then some fluid will come back.

And remember, don’t push yourself too hard. This isn’t a sprint, it’s a marathon. We don’t need to jam as much fasting as possible into a few months.

If you wanna Break your fast which is absolutely fine.

Get some raw grass fed cheese.

According to what the holistic doctor aajunos vonderplants said raw cheese will absorb all of the toxins that are stuck in your stomach wall.

After eating cheese you will have major diarrhea which is needed to flush all of the toxins out.

I had the same issues you had after fasting for 30 days. My stomach was bloating all day every day with some ache and felt like vomitting basically.

After i broke the fast i didn’t eat Anything but raw cheese for 2 to 5 days i felt so better after the shit. And then you can start eating whatever.

good luck.
