You are not saying for how long. I wouldnt do hot yoga or sauna on a dry fast cause you are just accelerating the loss of salts and water. The goal of dry fast is to allow your body to start using fats/ketones as fuel and eventually if you doing it long enough to trigger autophagy. The goal is not to deplete minerals and water asap.
I would err on the side of caution with all of that. Doing resitance training and power cardio can tax the body for water. Dehydration can escalate in as little as 2 hours if its too exhaustive. Id try and reduce all the physical activities you do and then add slowly based on how your body adapts.
