Dry fasting 3 days every weeks

Hi i’m kinda new to dry fasting, I have been practicing water fasting for almost 6 years now, I want to dry fasting 3 days every weeks but now I dont have the willpower to do prolonged fasting like I used to, any advice ? Should I do it ? Thank you in advanced

It should be doable but sounds really hard to do until you have gotten used to it.
Strategically, we people tend to prefer to go all in and be totally tortured and then done with it. In reality, I think even smaller things can challenge the body enough to get good effect in the beginning, and the better the body adjusts to it the bigger challenges it takes. So why not profit from that and give yourself a bit smoother ride?
Like start with 1 day dry per week for a while until it is not enough, then go to 2 days per week, and later to 3 days a week when 2 days is not enough.

This reasoning is mainly for weight loss which tends to be a marathon, rather than the healt benefit fastings that would be different, no need to do that every week
