I’m 295 pounds and want to dry fast for more than two days in a row, I’m taking a small vacation (Five or six days) after my stem cell treatment and was wondering if dry fasting would help the process of healing.
For context the procedure is like ten minutes in my case and aftercare is appearantly having a heating pad on my back for a while.
There will be no good evidence on whether or not this is a good idea. I don’t think random Redditors are a good place for medical advice in this case.
