Hey dry peeps, was wondering if anyone here does weight lifting couple days prior to starting a 48hr dry fast?
How many days before starting a dry fast would you do some weight lifting eg few sets of lateral raises for shoulders? Would you workout with DOMS? Because I have a feeling mine will last a few days since I haven’t worked out in months but I want to start my workout asap.
Any suggestions, experience?
Also I’m currently on 15 day SR streak and have had dry fasts up to 40 hours, only break them due to giving in to cravings..🤷🏻♂️

I honestly don’t think it needs much consideration. I’ve lifted before, after and even during a fast. You want to take it easy, go slow and not push yourself if you’re lifting during the fast, but it’s a great form of physical activity to do since it’s anaerobic.
As for DOMS, my experience has been it’s best to just push through it. It goes away faster that way.
