Today is day 1 of a 7 day soft dry I’m planning on doing. All I plan on doing is walking for an hour or two every day of the fast. I’m sort of concerned about sweating and not replacing the liquids. Has anyone tried this? Were you okay?
Not knowing anything about your fitness levels and height/weight, I assume walking will be fine. Sounds dumb for me to say, but go by feel. Good luck. I’ve never done 7 straight days dry but have done powerlifting 1-2 days dry. I definitely don’t perform as well compared to with water + salts and definitely am worse than without food. But the dry fasting is for other benefits.
