Dry Fasting for Cellulite? Other health issues?

F, 33, 148lb, 5’9”

I am skinnyfat and I have bad cellulite on legs and glutes. To what extent can dry fasting remedy it? How long/what intervals would work in my case? I can get to about 125 before I’m considered underweight, but, it’s not a terribly far jump for me. Wondering how far someone my weight should push it?

I am also a celiac and my gut health is abysmal. Does dry fasting improve gut health? Any celiacs kill their non-gluten food allergies? (Nightshades for me).

Answer

Theoretically, the cellulite should improve as the body goes into autophagy. How quickly this happens depends on how often you dry fast.

As for your gut health dry fasting will very likely help. As a side note on this look into getting your body into a parasympathetic state, or the rest and digest state, as it’s known for. This can alleviate many digestive system issues.

I’m sure you know this but just in case, dry fasting is NO JOKE. Take proper precautions. It can be dangerous.

Answer

Not here to promise anything but dry fasting sure can work if you take good precautions while doing it. Look for some of the experiences thato ther people had and try testing on yourself. If its your first time I would go easy on it. Maybe few days water fast, than 1 of dry fast and slowly adding days into it.

Good luck and best wishes on your fast

Answer

I think you can use cascade dry fasting for therapeutic purpose and long testing period since you don’t have much to lose. The following was copied from internet.

Another method of dry fasting that Dr. Filonov has found to be extremely safe and beneficial is a protocol he calls “cascade” dry fasting in which the person begins by fasting 1 day and eating 1 day alternately. Then, he has the person fast 2 days and eat 2 days alternately, then fast 3 day and eat 3 days alternately, then fast 4 days and eat 4 days alternately, then fast 5 days and eat 5 days alternately. With this protocol the person is literally fasting one half of every month. In his book, Dr. Filonov says he personally knows a medical doctor who cured himself of a blood cancer by doing 5/5 protocol for a full year.
