I read about someone curing their lyme from dry fasting. But I also read hundreds of people refuting dry fasting. Im worried that ill end up in the hospital if I dont eat or drink lol. What do I do. Iv done water only fasts.
You MUST read this book ; Starving to heal in Siberia by Michelle Slater!!! Lady cured her chronic (as in bed ridden) lyme with dry fasting. It’s a great book and will give you tons of inspiration, I highly recommend it. Dry fasting is very safe but do your research
