Dry fasting for skin health

I’m currently following The Phoenix Protocol and am on day 4 of my dry fast and I was wondering how long everyone else had to dry fast to improve their skin. I have been receiving “help” from dermatologists for years and have been on keto for 3 months but still have not gotten the results I’m looking for so I decided to go for my trump card. I am trying to get rid of minor acne, minor folliculitis, and moderate post-inflammatory erythema (pink/red marks that remain after a breakout) through dry fasting. August Dunning says in his book that 4 days is usually enough to kill off bacterial, viral, and fungal infections but I’d love to hear some anecdotal evidence too. Thanks!

Answer

Go finish seven days. And if can’t may drink few sips of water here and then but do finish 7 days. When refeed eat mostly fresh plant based or only organic grass fed meet. No junk or processed food for at least 2 weeks. The manic occurs during refeed when body starts building new tissues and many go back to bad diets and ruin the work.
