im 6’-6’1 and about 153lbs. i have done 1 dry fast for nearly 36 hours in the past and would like to do another one in the future. but i am already pretty thin as it is and i dont really want to lose more weight. would doing a 48 hour dry fast be unhealthy for me to do?
If you’re already lean and skinny it’s better not to fast for more than 3 days , I’ve noticed two of my friends who are skinny af feeling weak beyond 3 days so proceed with caution. However they do it for health and doing a 3 day df every two weeks seems to help them with whatever they’re trying to cure. Good luck.
