Does anyone have experience doing dry IF? I am just not drinking any water after waking up for 3 hours and find it very beneficial compare to all recommendations About first thing to do after waking up to drink water 😃
Yeah I do. I dont know if there’s a point.
In theory, it will make your body more efficient at using water. Scarcity breeds efficiency. Also get you normalized to dry fasting.
Also should make you more resilient. You might argue your body can be more restful since no digestion or processing of anything needed. I dont really know.
