Dry to wet but no wet to dry?

Hi - I have been trying to find concrete answers on this, but I am confused - does anyone have any recent insight to the following? How come it is only advised to switch from dry to wet, but never wet to dry?

How is going from a wet to dry fast any different than prepping with meals, water, and electrolytes before embarking on a dry fast?

Answer

My guess is that going from water fasting to dry fasting, you run the risk of throwing off your electrolytes. I personally find dry fasting easier than water fasting- no headaches or nausea. My theory is that people drink too much water & mess up their electrolyte balance.
