Dryfast to reduce postoperative swelling and fibrosis?

I’m 7 weeks post-op from liposuction procedure. I still have some swelling and hard spots. I’m doing massages, but wondering if a dry fast would speed up the absorption of fluid left in the treated area.

I think it will do wonders for you, I have had lots of success with dermal restoration and dry fasting.

I will say this before you start: dryfasting, a lot like ANY sort of procedure on your body, is a mild trauma. Be sure to leave room for natural repair before you embark on dry fasting.

I fell down a flight after VERY solid wood floors last month. Lots of bruises, lots of swelling, and lots of my body unable to bend/move in certain ways. Dry fasted for 5 days and each night I could feel this ‘heat’ and throbbing where the bones and cells were repairing things. I bounced back from the injury like a 12 yo lol.

While I don’t think it will be a magic cure all, dry fasting correctly would do great for you, as I believe the benifits naturally evolved to benifit our outer dermal the most.
