Dryfast workout

I keep reading and watching others that have dryfasted and worked out.

I keep thinking it’s my refeed that might be off, but I am not getting the “high” or burn like I normally do. I wonder if it’s too much water too.

I will start now. Going to fast maybe adf.

Definitely need a change. I am def ready.

I am experienced water and dry faster, so this is all mental. I just need to suck it up and do it.

I know my mental and physical health will benefit. I just feel blah since I started omad with water whenever.

Any workout people here, please chime in for encouragement. Honestly, I think I got brainwashed from people telling me I should not be working out and dryfasting!! But I think our bodies are amazing. We can handle a lot more than we think.

Answer

Completely agree that we can handle more than we think. The body is amazing yet people seem to think that it’s designed weak haha. I have no problem working out while dry fasting. During extended fasts, I drop the intensity, but my body still has tons of energy. I don’t understand how people think that you’re supposed to just sit around and do nothing. Our bodies are designed to adapt and get stronger. That’s part of the challenge 💁🏻‍♀️
