I noticed even if I have a sip of water after my workout, I want to drink a ton.
The bloat and digestion is way better for my day if I just dryfast until dinner. Anyone else with me? Workouts are even better!!!

I dry fast for 23 hours every weekday. I hydrate with 4 raw eggs. The only time i drink water is when i plan on drinking alcohol. I dont salt my food which i know goes against the ideals of fasting but it works for me. I do pkd styled carnivore.
