Dryfasting mental

I am so ready for a dryfast. Has anyone else noticed how you feel so much happier when fasting and just more focused? I need this right now. The weight loss is a plus:) Plus I feel like it helps me spiritually too. I seem to meditate and connect with my goals/vision so much better when I dryfast. I also handle stress way better. Much needed right now.,

Yes, that’s my experience. I do it for mental clarity and when I know I will have a stressful work week. It definitely works. It also works with any pain you may have on your body and losing weight it a bonus. I love DF and it will become my lifestyle.

Extraordinarily. Fasting clears up mind fog (that I often don’t even realize I have until I fast) allows me to focus and stay focused for long periods of time and on shorter fasts my energy is usually way higher
