DVT, varicose veins, and smaller spider veins

Has anyone cured these things through dry fasting?

If yes, maybe you could elaborate on how you did it. How often and for how long?

And is it possible to cure them with shorter fasts like 24-72 hours?

Thanks so much!

Mine are GREATLY diminished, I think it’s mainly vitamin deficiencies because I fasted for years and they stayed the same, but once I combine healthy food with fasting they faded dramatically!I so wish I had a before photo, but I’m super weird about having pictures of myself taken, so much so that some of the only photos my husband has of me are from our wedding lol

I do carnivore but am not strict, I’ll randomly have my fav veggies, rarely have to fruit and still eat holiday foods on Christmas and such.

Mine got worse with pregnancy, I only had spider veins no huge ones, but they didn’t get better after I had my kids, they stuck around 9 years until I went full carnivore, so it’s definitely not a scenario where they were bad during pregnancy and got better right away after, this took me years of healing!

I’d say intermittent dry fasting and carnivore did it for me
