Easy breakfast sandwich- spray a small bowl with a little cooking spray, crack an egg and whisk, microwave ~1 min., add a slice of chopped ham, heat 20-sec, add 1 slice American cheese, put between 2 slices toasted ciabatta bread or a bagel, English muffin, etc.
