The period has you holding on to salt and water! It’ll woosh afterward if you stick to it. I’m currently fasting 5 days a week and in the same boat, my period is due to start in 3 days and I’ve only lost 1.2lbs by day 4 versus 5 or 6 by day 4 in prior weeks.
Hello just have to say im doing the same but the first week i done it 5 days of water fasting and one day of eating the second week i did 5 days water fasting and only one hour of eating but i ate today one hour also so two days on omad in a row because i want to waterfast this time till 14 days lost 8.5 kg till now 16.5 to go thank you ps. I hope you dont feel bad while on your period
