Eating window changing from day to day with IF

Question from a student going back to school in a few days doing IF : Ive been able to keep my eating window the same exact hours this summer (every day breaking & starting my fast at the same time) but now that i’m going back to school, I most likely won’t be able to. I’m doing 18:6 now (started with 16:8), so a 6 hour eating window means I’d have to eat during a class, & obviously i can’t do this. Would it be okay to change the time i break/start my fast every day, according to my schedule ? I might start doing omad as well on certain days, because I have classes all day & I don’t like eating late at night (so id only eat lunch). Basically my question is : is it bad ? is it going to affect the results i get from IF ?

It’s actually really good to do that! It will keep your body from settling into a rhythm, which will help prevent plateaus. The time spent fasting will balance out in the long run, because one day you may eat earlier and one day you may eat later. I personally love OMAD for the ease and simplicity of only eating once. I wish I’d known about it when I was a student. So many backpack spills could have been avoided 😬
