Hi all! I’ve had success on 16:8 in the past with a feeding window of 10a-6p, but now that I get up at 4a to work out I find waiting until 10a to eat unbearable. I’m usually looking to snack on anything in sight by 8:30-9a. What would you recommend for a feeding window? I like the 6p stop time because I’m usually not done with work until 4, so 4p and earlier usually doesn’t work for me.
Well it sounds like you otherwise like your schedule, so maybe the solution is to try and tough it out for a week or two. Working out fasted and not immediately breaking your fast afterwards is something folks do do and eventually get used to, but there is an adjustment period.
