Eating window time

So I’ve been doing the 20:4 fast for the past couple of weeks now and I’m starting to see the pounds come off. I guess I was just wondering when I should start the window after waking up. I currently work a night shift job that’s from 3:15pm to 3:00am and what I’ve been doing is I usually go to bed around 6am and then wake up at 2-230 and I’ve been starting my eating at 6pm to 10 and I was wondering if I should be starting the window sooner or later. Thanks for any advice. I’m also age 25 male that’s at 214.8 atm

Answer

Do what works best best for you and your schedule! If it’s working well, keep doing it. If it’s not, switch it up! I changed my eating window around a lot and still kept losing weight. If you’re hungry earlier, eat earlier. If you find yourself hungry during work, maybe switch your window to 10pm-2am. Good luck!

Edit: idk if you can eat at work but also realized after re reading a couple times that you work from 3p-3a

Answer

Currently working a night job too, depending on when I get to food fasting window is anywhere from 19-23 hours and eating window tends to be like 2 hours max because I can’t eat multiple times at work.
