My husband and I used to do this a lot. It can stress out your adrenals and cause major caffeine addiction, especially if you’re fasting on it. The whole point of the Snake Diet is to learn self-discipline and stop looking for short cuts to help you cope with just not eating. Stress out your adrenals and keep spiking your cortisol with all that caffeine and you might end up gaining weight and slowing your metabolism in the end. It’s “relatively safe”, but that doesn’t mean it’s good for you. Just fast. Once you get into ketosis, hunger goes away on its own.
I’d like to hear about your results even though I don’t know if I’d do it my self. I’m open to hear about your experience with it! That’s also what part of the snake diet is about finding what works best for you .
