I’ve used EC stack a lot in the past, but never when fasting. I feel like caffeine is already enough, I honestly don’t like the idea of throwing more stimulants when fasting. You’re under a extreme deficit already, are you sure that’s the moment you need an additional boost?
It’s also not like you’ll be taking EC stack indefinitely, so it makes a lot more sense to me to start using it AFTER the fast when going back to your regular exercise routine.
