Electrolyte Intake for Hater of Salty Stuff

Can someone recommend or give me suggestions of how to get an adequate amount of electrolytes or sodium for someone who may do extended fasts (3 days) and whom hates salty tasting stuff such as chicken stock? TIA

Edit: I don’t want to do sodium capsules either.

If you don’t want to taste it, the only ways to get it into your system are pills or IV. There are electrolyte drinks that aren’t savory like stock, but they really don’t have enough electrolytes to handle what most fasters need daily (1000-2000+ mg of sodium and potassium). Crystal Light lemonade can take quite a bit of salt before it’s too much IMO, but even then I don’t think it’s tasty.

I’m guessing you have tried salt pills and had a bad experience. The first couple times I tried salt caps while fasting they upset my stomach horribly. But when I started making my own with baking soda, I can handle them much better. The amounts I mixed and approximate amount of electrolyte per pill I made can be seen here: https://imgur.com/a/HLhHS6u
