I cannot find epsom salts in stores that the online recipe calls for. Is nusalt, magnesium and pink salt enough or am I setting myself up for failure without edible epsom salt? If not what would be the appropriate amount for the 3 ingredients I do have? Thank you in advance !
I couldn’t find it in my local food store either. People say to swap the pink salt for table salt cause pink salt doesn’t coutain Iodine. Although this is mainly for prolonged fasts.
Try and source it in tablet form if you can, if not it’s probably on amazon etc
