i’ve always had trouble with extended fasts and reading through this sun has convinced me that electrolyte supplementation would be really helpful! so i’m wondering what should i look for in a supplement and does anyone have any recommendations? i would prefer one that flavors water, sugar free but idm artificial sweeteners.

Before I realized how much flavorings and sweeteners effected my fasting, I loved LMNT citrus salt. Basically turns your water into an nonalcoholic margarita. I’d get those in a microsecond if I didn’t mind flavor/sweetener.
