Like many others, I hate adding electrolytes to my water while fasting due to the taste. I have started just adding the drops to a teaspoon, taking them in one shot and chasing the taste with water thereafter. Does anyone see an issue with ingesting them this way?
In the latter portion of my 31 day fast, I couldn’t take the snake juice anymore. I discovered/came up with (I don’t remember which) the notion of putting the supplements in my ACV drink, which I was throwing down as many as 4 times a day. I still put potassium and magnesium (and cayenne) in my ACV morning and night.
