I want to try some longer fasts, so far I’ve only gone 32 hours at a time. I know my body will need water and electrolytes but I’m very confused as to what to use for electrolytes that won’t break a fast. I know black tea and maybe green tea are sources of electrolytes and I’m very happy to go with just those but for fasts 48 hours and longer are they enough? what do other people use for electrolyte sources that don’t break your fast?
Currently on an extended fast and these electrolytes have helped me a lot. I take 1 sip an every hour.
