ELECTROLYTES: Can you just EAT your electrolytes (Himalayan Salt + No-Salt)?

Hey guys!

I have a very hard time drinking water with salt while water fasting. I just can’t stand the taste.

In search for a solution, I came up with this question:

Can you just eat your different types of salts in small doses over the day?

I mean, why shouldn’t you, right?

Answer

Can’t stand the taste but would eat them which intensifies the taste, lol wat. But yes you can, measure it out and chug some water after

Some people put those sugar free flavoring in, you might want to try this first or even putting it diet coke is better than not taking it at all

Answer

Yeah lol. It’s unconventional, but whenever I’m fasting and I start to feel shitty, I throw back my little container of “lemon salt”. I’m pretty sure it’s used to cook chicken, but either way, I feel like new soon after.

Answer

I take mine like a shot (carefully measured out so that I don’t get the shits!). Take it, immediately drink some water after. The taste lingers for a few minutes but then it’s done. I hate salt water. Can’t stand it. I much prefer five minutes of pain over sipping my pain the whole day.

Answer

I think you can, I don’t do it because the salts taste horrible to me.I do losalt + magnesium citrate, I can’t eat/drink it on their own. I have to dissolve them into sparkling water/soda water or adding lemon/ACV if it’s still water.
