Hey guys. A newbie to extended fasting here. Just wanted to know: do I need to take additional electrolytes when doing a 2 or 3 day fast? If I do, please recommend some natural sources, as I live in a country where supplements are quite expensive and inaccesible.
Pink Himalayan salt is really good, and generally cheap and accessible. Also electrolytes are good for any duration of fasting not just the long hauls.
But do you really need to fast that long? That sounds really tough
