Do you need to take some electrolyte mix if doing OMAD? Or is it for longer extended fasts only
Depends on your meals to be honest. Most people would be ok if their nutrition is varied but depending, you might need to supplement depending on what and how you’re eating. I’m OMAD keto most of the time and LIBERALLY salt my food and add potassium

Electrolytes are only needed if your low. Really, even eating 3+ meals a day, you could be short. So it’s best to just pay attention to how you feel and adjust. With my keto example, some days I feel a bit off and take a bit of salt in my hand outside of meal time and end up feeling better after about 10 minutes. Ops, guess my electrolytes were off. No harm. Just gotta take some, right?
