So I used to do long term fast a lot. But that was when I was unemployed and mostly at home lounging. Now I have an office job and workout 4 days a week. I was starting to have chronic nausea and was taking an electrolyte solution and that shit didn’t help one bit. Yesterday and today I just kept it simple, salt and nusalt and the change has been drastic. I went from dreading it in my 7th day to thinking I could do an entire month if I wanted to. So far the results are game changing. Please don’t sleep on electrolytes and find some way to account for them.
Honestly it was the electrolytes that made me want to quit my fast more than anything. By the end of my 7 day fast, it was everything I could do to keep from vomiting every time I drank it. It just tastes so bad. I don’t know how y’all do it.
