genuine question, how do you guys drink electrolytes while fasting ?😭 mine taste so bad like salty weird, i just can’t without feeling like throwing up
I don’t know how people feel about this for purity of the fast but i use those water flavor drops. The one I have has a little bit of b vitamins too like I said not exactly pure but it’s the only way I can get the electrolyte mix actually in me
