I currently take fiber (has helped with IBS) & a probiotic but have been curious to those adding an electrolyte to their regimen. Any tips, recommendations, & reasonings/outcomes would be greatly appreciated :3 thank you!

(For me, these started for real as I went from OMAD to doing 48hr fasts. I don’t think you need to take extra electrolytes if you are on shorter fasts and see none of these symptoms.)
