I’m not depressed from fasting, just having a depressing evening. This is when I usually indulge in comfort food. What do I do? :’(
Go for a walk, enjoy the scenery, visit the park. Maybe check out a dog park and see cute dogs. Put on Netflix or Disney, watch your comfort movies. realize how far you’ve gone. You’re going to be so glad you didn’t give in when these 2 days are over. Good luck
