Gonna start with a spoonful of olive oil as ive seen that suggested alot then an hour later some greek yogurt and some fermented veg such as pickled onions/olives/beetroot then for dinner I’m gonna have some steamed broccoli, carrots and some spinach with some bone broth I prepared yesterday. Similar foods the next day just with a korean cucumber style salad and incorporating chicken with dinner and see how I and my stomach feels after that. Any more suggestions/advice? First time breaking a fast like this.
I broke my 28 day water fast with bone broth. Felt fine and then went to have eggs (which I hated my entire life but the fasting reset my taste buds to LOVE them) then I had an avacado. The next day eggs, watermelon and by the end of the day I had chicken.
