Enema on dry fasting

I am following NDS … where they recommend to do almost 16-18 hours of dry fast.. followed by green juice (detox).. followed by normal food where they recommend to eat only raw plant based food or fruits.. no meat, no seafood, no alcohol no eggs, no milk or it’s product.. no grains or beans and no cooking … only raw vegetables and fruits…they also recommended to do as much long dry fast as much possible…

The only condition is to do enema on dry fast to remove toxins from body…

I have read somewhere in thread that don’t do enema on dry fast .. is there any study for it ?

Is water based enema good or bad during dry fast ?

Answer

This whole protocol sounds rather dubious to me. Any fasting advice which recommends a juice detox is an automatic swerve. Your body detoxes itself, it also removes waste from your guts itself. I would avoid the enema personally.

Answer

If you do an enemy on a dry fast, you’re technically breaking it because you are taking in water through the body even if it isn’t the mouth. The water goes to hydrate you (remember that a dry fast is abstaining from water, and that especially means anything taken IN).

Do the enema prior to the fast, not during it. That will help flush you out
