Does having a zero calorie BANG energy drink break fast?
It’s really up in the air whether zero calorie things break a fast or not, but I can definitely say DON’T have an energy drink during a fast. Haha, in my experience, they have always made me shaky and have given me diarrhea.
I mean if its absolutely 0 calories I dont think it would, I wouldn’t mess with energy drinks especially while fasting. I used to drink them before fasting and they still messednmy stomach up, I can imagine on an empty stomach they’ll be even worse.
