My body tells my that I’m okay to continue fasting. However, I did find some blood in my saliva. Should I be concerned? I don’t feel like I need to stop at this point. I’m just asking as a precaution. Thanks!
Update: 99% sure that the blood is coming from my gums. I’ll take that as a sign of healing??
