overeating at night is super common…i do the same thing
i feel it has a lot to do with stress levels throughout the day through work or life. wanting to come home and just kill a whole box of cereal sounds like a really nice idea lol.
frozen fruit, greek yogurt, some air popped popcorn, are all good snacks
thats just a couple off the top of my head but there are tons of websites with lists of low calorie dense foods that can save you :)
