Maybe your spouse is just having a bad day and wants to indulge in some guilt-free “shit food” but since you’re not also indulging it’s making them feel worse? Honestly, just give them a kiss and try to forgive them without getting sucked into whatever bad mood they’re in. You know how marriage goes…sometimes you need to let little annoyances go before they get bigger. Good luck on your health journey. Be proud of yourself for getting back on track!
Mine was initially annoyed (not about eating healthy but the fasting) and then after a few months of seeing my results, he jumped on board and has never looked or felt better. He’s now stricter about stuff than me when it comes to food lol I’m at my goal weight and have junk food maybe more than I should but the scale doesn’t change so no reason not to enjoy those cookies!
