So I’ve done 28 days with just water and electrolytes. Felt decent the whole time but didn’t have a lot of energy.
28 days with water only. Worked my butt of the entire time doing manual labor in the heat. Felt great the entire time. Until the end when I decided to quit
Did a 10 day that was meh. And had took some meds that made my heart pound.
I’m day 7 into a 21 day. And it’s been rough. Started out just water. But then got the pounding heart thing so add in the salts.
But I’ve been nauseous also. Gagging and stuff. I dunno fairly certain I was more toxic going into this one. Not sure the explanation but just had seen somebody said “every fast is different.” And I think that person is correct
The issue is that you’re avoiding electrolytes. I don’t know why you would do that. Any extended fast requires proper electrolyte intake otherwise you’re purposefully jeopardizing your health and performance.
