Everytime I try to start, late night hunger pangs put me back

Basically the title

I get severe hunger pangs at right and I’ve been trying to start the 16 8 for 2 weeks but always the hunger pangs just get to me

Basically the ideal eating period for me would be 10 am to 6pm but I can never seem to make it to 10 am without eating

If you guys have any tips for getting over hunger pangs please let me know

How late is late? If you stay up late maybe you need to have your last meal later, then you sleep through the worst of it. You don’t want to eat immediately before bed, but if you are staying up for another 6 hours after eating right now, maybe cut that down to 3-4 and see what happens.

Also if you are eating lots of carbs and processed foods those will satisfy less and only encourage you to eat more later. Fasting isn’t a magical solution, you still need to eat well.

Once you do it for a week or so your body will start to adjust and it gets easier. Just have to power through the hard part.
