I know you can not do intense exercises but what about isometrics?
This is what works for me but everyone is different. During the first 3 days of a dry fast I will do Light exercise, walking, stretching and Qi gong which I believe quickens the early stages of detox and jump starts me into the more intense processes of the dry fast. It also energizes me and helps keep things flowing within the body and mind. after day 3 I take it more easy with less walking, less Qi gong, more stretching and no light exercise. If you want to dry fast a week or longer, after day 3 I wouldn’t recommend any exercise except from stretching, light yoga/Qi gong and some light walking
